Shona is a fully Registered Psychologist. She is a member of Australian Association of Psychologists and life member of the International Centre of Excellence for Emotion Focused Therapy. Rebates are available for:

Confidentiality
All counselling is confidential. We have a responsibility to keep file notes which are securely locked for medico-legal reasons. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan it is a requirement that a report is written and sent to your GP after 6 and 10 sessions. If individuals disclose information in individual sessions, relevant information will be encouraged to share with the partner in a couple session.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations whenever possible, giving consideration to other clients who may be wait listed and for business expenses. A full cancellation fee can otherwise be applied.
Feedback
We welcome both negative and positive feedback. If there is something that you are uncertain about or do not like, please let us know. Working through issues like this is an important aspect of the therapy relationship.
